Arm Triangle Chokes Are More Than a Submission

A good arm triangle choke can completely revamp your top game. That’s not an exaggeration, arm triangle chokes are extremely valuable because you can secure one in half guard and use it to advance all the way to back mount. Alternatively you can just finish them without even fully passing.
